To provide you the most convenient products and services, we have our own professional R & D team and nice CS team. Our products are characterized by diversity, flexibility. And various lithium battery chargers are our high-quality products.
Some considerations when you make an option:
1、Output Power & No. of Outputs
2、Dimension
3、The input/output interface
4、Installation Method
5、Cooling Method
6、Location and Wiring
7、Operating Temperature
8、Insulation Resistance
Some reference for you:
1. Our power supply products are manufactured by brand new imported parts with high standard skills and designs. Every power supply has gone through full load burn-in test and can function for over a year when operated under 45C (full load). In order to obtain higher reliability, we recommend our products to work at 50% ~80% load, i.e. if required power is 50W, we recommend to use a power supply with output power of 75W~100W.
2.We appreciate that you select from our catalogue. Both sample and future shipment can be delivered faster as we maintain a reasonable inventory level for our standard products. On the other hand, customized designs (dimension/voltage) will require more time for development and thus, higher cost.
3. For input voltage, the most common AC input are 110V and 220V and thus, we have three standards: 110V & 220V converters and universal input voltage (AC: 85V ~ 264V).
Customers are advised to find out where the electronic equipment will be used before choosing the power supply. For example, products exported to US and Japan will require input voltage of 110V while those exported to countries with 220V or use in China may work with a universal voltage power supply.
Next, the range of input voltage range should be determined. In general, a ±20% range will meet the requirements for most cities/areas but for some very special areas (e.g. under develop countries or sub-urban areas) where the voltage widely fluctuates, customers should choose a power supply with a wider input range and this may results in a higher manufacturing cost.
4. A functioning power supply will transform some of its power in the form of heat energy. Therefore, customers should consider the problem of convection during system design (especially for enclosed system). If the system has good ventilation and the power supply is placed on the well-ventilated spot, customers may consider natural convection as cooling method. Otherwise, power supplies with fan convection are highly recommended.
5. For medical devices that require power supplies to have insulation withstand voltage of AC3.75KV or above, we can accommodate your request with custom-design products.
