A：The nominal voltage of li-ion battery is 3.7 V. It will rise to 4.2V after charging. Any kind of battery pack’s voltage is 3.7X can be customized.
Q2、How about the safety of the battery pack?
A：It certainly has high-quality lithium battery protection board. It has the protection functions for the overcharging, over-discharging and short-circuit etc.
Q3、How much capacity of the battery has?
A：For example, if the capacity of a single battery is 2000mAH, and we are going to make a pack which has two in parallel and three in series. So the capacity of this battery pack is ...2000*2=4000mAH
Q4、What’s the different between battery and battery cores?
A：Battery has the protection of circuit board, but the battery core hasn’t got any boards.

Q5、Details about the battery which you want to charge.
A：It’s very important to know enough details about your battery, such as capacity and voltage. How much time do you want to cost in charging battery? Those questions are related to safety and life of your battery.
Q6、What’s the output voltage?
A：Generally, the calculation of voltage of lithium battery charger is 4.2X. From the smallest output voltage of 4.2 V--8.4V---12.6V and the list goes on.
